SPEC §16 analytics need genre, decade, country and chart data, and SPEC §17 valuation needs royalty income or a disclosed multiple. None is present: the artist records carry no country and no genre (the directory's "icons" and "contemporary" are roster segments, not genres), and there is no chart history or financial input at all.

Tables that exist and are empty
These tables are created by the migrations with their full SPEC field set, their constraints and their foreign keys. They hold no rows. Building the connector that fills them is a data task, not a schema change.
