No source data, so this section is empty by measurement
The dataset contains no composition data: no song-level works, no ISWC, no copyright registration numbers, no PRO work identifiers, no songwriter credits and no writer shares. Engine 3 has no source for compositions. Populating it requires a PRO or Copyright Office connector (SPEC §11).
Phase 2 work: an ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, MLC or U.S. Copyright Office connector (SPEC §11).
Tables that exist and are empty
These tables are created by the migrations with their full SPEC field set, their constraints and their foreign keys. They hold no rows. Building the connector that fills them is a data task, not a schema change.
